Enlighted LED

Scaling LED projects in the desert has been a bit difficult, but my setup got a big boost with this project. A main distribution box, sporting two 110+220V to 5V converters, a pixelpusher for legacy projects, a PixLite 16 MkII Long Range Controller and a ODROID XU4 connected by a 5V switch.

The remote receivers have PowerCon-In/Out-Connectors for electricity, CAT-6 for PixLite data and JST-3 connectors to easily connect LED-strips and -strings.

With the Inverter-Addon it runs 1800 WS2811s from 24V batteries and is ready to connect to solar panels. To quickly check voltage a small display is at front, including 12/5V outputs for charging an iPad while developing at the project.

The whole setup is easy to transport and the PowerCon-Connectors make for an easy and weatherproof power distribution.

The first usage was for the 3m Spielmaschine at Nowhere 2019, powering the 1800 LED-matrix and completely independent through a 320WP solar panel.
