Laptop Stand

The story is that a friend of mine spilled her tea onto her brand-new laptop on Friday 5pm. We came up with the idea of a laptop stand at 7pm, and I found a suitable idea at hub.shapertools.com. But it didn’t have any vector files. So at 9pm I took Shapr3d and recreated it for the exact size needed and by 22pm I could send my friend the AR-Modell to have a look and place it virtually on her desk. The next day midday I had the whole thing done and ready. (Using my Shaper Origin).

While the first prototype did it's job quite well, I wasn't happy how the sides looked, so the next weekend with 18 mm thick oak-wood the second generation was another leap forward.
